• How long until my order ships?

Orders are usually shipped once a week, so it can take up to 7 days for a package to be sent out. A shipping confirmation will automatically be sent to your email address. NOTE: during large store updates, please allow up to 2 weeks for items to be sent out!

• Will you restock sold-out items?

Sold-out items that are soon to be re-stocked will be updated with a Pre-Order option in the listing. Please check the item description for the expected by ship date.

• What is your refund and exchange policy?

Refunds/exchanges are not offered, but if there is any mistake or damage to your order, please use the contact form with an explanation/any relevant photos and I'll be sure to help right away. 

• The international shipping is expensive, are there any other options?

The shipping costs are economy standard rates calculated by USPS. If it still seems high you can send a message with your order items and I will see if there are any other cost-effective options.

• I have another question on my order, a product, your art, etc.
